Several Voodoo Dolls. Combining her powers of illusion and oldways, she can mantain several deadly dolls to help her in combat.
Abilities: Illusion Bane. She is able to create simple illusions, as well as see through other people's illusions. Her most used illusion is Fog. In which she makes her opponent fell like they're surrounded in fog. This usually disorientates and confuses them, as well as hides her presence when she stays within the "fog".
Personality: A bit of a seductress. She tends to be overly friendly, often rubbing up against a person, especially when asking for a favor. She's hard to intimidate. Her voice is always relaxed and sounds slightly tired. She also prefers to avoid killing, forcing pain or making fatal wounds.
Bio: She doesn't talk about her past, and ignores or changes the subject when it comes up. So no one really knows why she's working in the Rebellion. What is known is that she's searching for revenge, and knows exactly who she needs to take it out on.

Weapon: Hitomi has four weapons.
The first is a defensive, and large red Oni mask. This provides strong defense at the expense of offense.
The second is a Buster Gun. These large guns provide excellent long range offensive, but sacrifices movement for power.
The third is a black bladed katana. This is her weapon for close combat, allowing her excellent movement and agility.
The fourth is demon summoning. A long passed down trait of her family, she is able to summon a few demons to fight by her side. Though this take up quite a bunch of stamina.
- Hjty - A large Ogre demon, with a huge club. It stands around triple a human's size, and is extremely muscular.
- Jlky - A large cat-like blue-furred demon. It's eyes are silver.
Abilities: While only her katana is on her person at one time, her Buster and Oni Shield can be summoned in the same way she summons her faithful demons.
Personality: A serious and content person, Hitomi prefers solo missions. Above all else, even when in losing conditions, Hitomi won't back down, and will continue to fight.
Bio: Coming from a family line of Demon Summoners, Hitomi was taught summoning while growing up. That was until the factions proclaimed that demon summoning was to be destroyed. While her family knew demons could be befriended, people didn't listen. Instead the Jirutsi family was crushed. Hitomi was the only survivor. Soon after she joined the rebellion. Content on changing people's beliefs on the matter of her family line.

Bio: Once a demon soldier during the Great War, Gedomaru was feared by her enemies, and even her allies. She was known for staining the battlefield with blood. In the time since the Great War she was banished back to the demon realm. Recently she was brought back into the human world through Hitomi's abilities. Hitomi was able to tame Gedomaru. Gaining control of herself Gedomaru decided to call Hitomi her master.

Personality: Smart, kind, and understanding. She never truly tries to harm her opponent, but will never let herself be beaten.
Bio: Besides Nick, the one that had recruited her, no one knows why she's in the Rebellion.

Bio: Watched his parents die at a young age, he grew up in foster care until the Factions destroyed his hometown. He joined the Rebellion in hopes of getting revenge on the one that ordered the attack.

Abilities: While being athletic and agile, she has the ability to Gravity Check. While she mostly uses this ability on herself, she can effect objects within a ten meter range, and also choose specific objects in said air to effect. Using Gravity Check, she can increase gravity or negate it.
Personality: Silent and Content. She never shows her mouth, and usually never speaks, and her eyes are always confident. She's a nice person, but avoids crowds.

Weapon: Around his body is a thin sheet of perfectly frozen zero degree ice. It protects him from almost any impact, though he will go flying if it's a large impact. While this is a defense he uses his ability to freeze objects around him to defend himself from harm. This also allows him to summon sharp pillars from any ground he has frozen.
Abilities: Absolute Zero. An ability which allows the user to bring the temperature of any object to 0 degrees Kelvin. Doing this also forms a solid sheet of ice on the object. An after effect of this ability is that the Ice takes a extremely long time to melt on it's own.
Personality: A friendly guy, who enjoys company. He will do everything in his power to protect his friends and family. Many times over so, for Hiari.

Personality: An extremely energetic and curious girl. Though if people playfully make fun of her, she gets extremely embarrassed. She is often very clumsy, yet she enjoys finding out about people's inner emotions. She likes trying to help people.

Weapon: Magics. Remy has a complete understanding of basic magics and is able to cast any element of No Form Magics. She also has a great number of Advanced Spells.
Abilities: Extremely tough barrier for defense.
Personality: Remy is a rather slack person. She can get lost in research, and is often always casting magics in her spare time.
Bio: Remy was an orphan, but due to events that made her one, she was held in special care. This was mainly because of her control of magic. Since before she could speak, she was capable of casting magic of any element. This was even before she had access to a ring. Remy was extensively studied for being able to use magic without a ring. Upon being transferred to Albaron Remy was given full permission to do whatever she wanted. As she grew up she didn't have many friends, but her magical prowess only grew. She was a genius and a prodigy. She joined the Magic Faction only as a tool to continue her study of magic. No one really knows why she acts the way she does.
(Other): Remy is a Half-Berserker. If someone provokes her in the right way, she'll lose control of herself and unleash magics in such a chaotic state, that it almost destroys everything in sight. She remembers these incidents clearly, but does not regret what happened in those incidents.

Personality: Kazuko is a friendly person. She doesn't like violence. She often steps in to save people in trouble, but won't involve herself in fights unless absolutely necessary.
Bio: Kazuko was born an Esper, and a Sun level resident. While her parents are a part of the Esper Faction, Kazuko never wanted to join the faction. She currently lives alone in her house, as her parents are elsewhere. She goes to the Hizamory High School.

Personality: A kind, smart, and patient person. She is often over confident and easily lets her guard down. She always speaks her mind, and often uses terms such as "we" and "us" instead of "I" or "me" to address herself.
Bio: A prodigy in her own rights, she has skipped many grades over her time, but in doing so, she doesn't have many friends. Chou is often alone even though she doesn't want to be. Her parents are not in the city, so she lives by herself. Chou often goes to visit the Old Quarter.

Abilities: Ribbon Sensory. Ryou is able to receive information from his ribbons, and react.
Personality: An observant personality, he tends to watch things before acting. He can be friendly, but unless approached, he will stay to himself.
Bio: Ryou Summers has always had control over his power, and by then time he was ten, he had refined his Esper power to a high ability. As he grew up, he began to get bored with his life. So when he entered high school, he joined the Hybrid Faction. His reasons for joining this faction, instead of the Esper faction, are unknown.

Abilities: Agile, with extremely good reflexes. She's very observant, and capable of seeing far-off objects clearly, and able to shoot them. Holly is extremely fast and accurate at firing and reloading, and it's hard to actually see her reload.
Personality: A friendly and energetic person. Holly always tries her best, and is usually smiling. She doesn't mind about hurting her target, but she won't kill them.
Bio: A semi-mercenary working with the Albaron Police Force, Holly does her best to help them out.

Bio: Often found working as a Maid, Fuyu is well known for her excellent housemaid skills. She is also well known for her ability to bodyguard anyone from any threat, and is often hired by different rich people, when they think their life is in danger.
(Other): Fuyu and Lori were once a duo, that worked together on many missions. They also are able to fight as equals without holding back.

Weapon: Bow and Arrow. Using her Chakra she is able to concentrate it around the edge of her arrows, allowing them extreme piercing abilities. When out of arrows, she can form arrows out of Chakra, though this tends to seriously drain her energy.
Abilities: With the training she has gone through Moriko has shown her ability to hit her target under any environmental conditions.
She also carries with her a grapple of sorts, that allow her to climb to many areas. As well as her goggles, are capable to give her eagle eye vision.
Personality: Despite her ability to hit any target, she is often a klutz and makes mistakes on almost anything that has nothing to do with aiming.
Bio: Moriko is an Orphan, but she's never felt abandoned. While growing up she had a very caring and kind foster family, and was taught in the Old Ways.
She currently tends a middle school in the second circle, when she's not busy with faction work.

Large Fan. Used for medium range combat.

Small Fan. Used for agile combat.

Abilities: Athletic through training. She is an extremely adept Chakra user. She is capable of creating blade with wind, by sweeping a fan. She has many different Chakra ability types that involve her fans.
Masa doesn't have much Chi.
Personality: A generally happy and content person. She always stands fr justice, and won't allow anyone she sees to get hurt, even if she ends up being the one hurt.
Bio: Before her abilities with Chakra were discovered, Masa was trained as a ninja, and obtained a very light and agile body. When her adept ability with Chakra was discovered, she began training herself to use fans as her weapon. She tries her best to combine her ninja and Chakra training.

Weapon: Mind's Wire. As long as his concentration is above 20%, he can form cords of any size. These cord's properties are determined by and can be changed by a thought. it's not really known what these threads are made of, but they show signs of being a physical object. His Mind Wire has a range of 100 meters around his body, 150 meters if he has perfect concentration.
Abilities: Smart, and can calculate with extreme ease. He has an above average ability to control his concentration, and will rarely lose it.
Personality: Cold, calm and collected. He's a smart person, but often indifferent about another's position. He will do almost anything to finish a mission.
Bio: Growing up he never made any friends due to his cold personality, and unwillingness to understand others. The same goes for his family, it was a house, but not a home to him. While he still lives there, to him it's only a place to stay the night.

After 8 years her experience and ability, let her gain ranks. She now is a chief of a portable operations unit, that specializes in the combat and neutralization of power users.

Bio: Driven by the desire to do justice, she joined the Police force. Nadia trained herself to be able to examine a subject to determine their power type, and where their power comes from. Well being sketchy during actual combat, the Chief of her unit is one of the few people that can keep her calm enough to do her job perfectly.
