Weapon: Custom Twin swords. These swords can be joined together in multiple ways to form various other blade weapons. They were developed from the Mining Faction's drill technology. When the Tech cores inside her swords are activated, they coat the blades with micro lasers which allow her to cut through almost anything with a single strike.
Abilities: Strong, Athletic. Has a cloaking device that hides her from the naked eye. This device does not hide her sound or heat, and only applies to what she is carrying and wearing.
Personality: A kind and caring person. She tends to worry about others more then herself, but never shows it. When on a mission she is calm, serious, and hides her emotions.
Bio 1: Haruka and her sister, Raiko, were orphans before their first memories. They grew up in the third circle of Albaron. They had a hard time growing up after their foster parent died of sickness. At the time Raiko was often sick, so Haruka learned to wield a blade, and the two tried their best to survive. Two years ago, Haruka entered a tournament for money for medicine for Raiko. While she didn't win, she caught the eye of a recruiter. This man offered them a place to live in the Sun level of the First circle. In exchange, he wanted them to join the technology faction. Seeing no other way to save Raiko, Haruka agreed. Well Haruka was bitter at first, she did come to enjoy her new life. She trained and got to where she is now.
Bio 2: In the second timeline Haruka died when she was a child.

Bio: As a child her younger brother died, and she became his identity to help the family. Kazuki was Chiyo original name before becoming what she is.
Bio 1: Chiyo comes from a rich and powerful family. While he is sometimes seen as a prodigy, he is often harassed by people wanting to get his attention. Over the years he's come to hate crowds and avoids reporters and fangirls as often as he can. In Hizamory High is very popular, but he tends to avoid people when they approach him.

Weapon: Electricity: Her body produces a massive yet stable amount of electrical power. Using this power she can use electricity at any time, and is immune to anything electrical.
Railgun: Also with this ability she can shoot small metals objects at an extremely high velocity, thus her nickname is Railgun.

Iron Control: While her Railgun is her most powerful technique, another technique she has trained herself to use, is Iron Control. She is able to magnetize objects with her electricity and use it to form and control the movement of iron particles. She can also use her electricity to attached herself to Iron materials, and is able to walk on walls, and stand on surfaces that have iron in or underneath them.

Abilities: Immune to Electricity, smart, agile.
Personality: A smart and confident person. While most of the time she acts superior, she is actually a caring person deep down. She tends to get cocky, but she is brave and reliable.
Bio 1: Hisako was born an Esper but of normal parents. She was a rare case which developed Esper powers without any outside help. The Esper Faction had great interest in home brew Espers, and began to test her. Living in the Sun level, she was unable to refuse the tests due to her parents. After five years of them watching her, she was classified a high rank Esper, and was asked to join the faction. Wanting to see wait she was truly capable of, she agreed. Since then she has been working on and off with the faction, while attending Hizamory High.
Bio 2: While her past didn't really change in the timeline change, Hisako has Temporal Resistance, so that she has absolutely no memories of the currently timelines. Leaving her without knowledge of the changes her wish made. She is still trying to figure out what her new place in the world is.
Bio 3: Hisako is the Base Player for the band, Complex Image.

Bio 1: Saving Albaron from a Theron attack, Shimoko died ten years prior.
Bio 2: In the second timeline, when she wakes up, Shimoko realized that her last memory was dying. Realizing, the current date was ten years after that, she feels out of place. This is due to Shimoko having the same type of Temporal Resistance as Hisako.

Weapon: Smash Gloves. Ordinary looking gloves that don't look special. But when Michi's Tech core is active, her gloves harden, and she's able to punch as hard as she can, without hurting herself. When combined with her ability for sonic movement, the resulting punch can easily break anything.
Abilities: Super Speed. Michi is able to break the sound of speed when she runs, and can create a successful sonic-boom while she's at it. She has good reflexes and great agility and hearing.
Personality: Energetic and outgoing. It seems as though her brain can process information as fast as the rest of her. She seems capable of being a genius but chooses not to. She can often be reckless.
Bio: Michi was born a cat based Esper. As she grew older her second and dominant ability began to show. Michi's knack for super speed, got her in trouble from many people growing up due to her recklessness, of doing before thinking. When she entered Hizamory High, she began to look into the Factions. But since she was of Esper blood, only two factions even thought of considering her. After meeting Hunter, Hunter suggested she should join the Esper faction. But for Michi, she had no real ability for offense. So instead she looked into a way she could use her speed in combat. That required a Tech faction technology, so Michi joined the Hybrid faction.

Abilities: Agile and Swift. She has decent offense and defense.
Personality: A rather easy going person. She is very confident and reliable. She tends to help anyone in need, not caring who or what they are. She can also be a bit of a tomboy.
On rare occasions, her eyes will slit (look snake like) and her strength, speed and killing intent skyrocket.
Bio: Kimiko was born and raised in a village on the eastern coast, called Iris. It was a normal life. When she was 12 the village was destroyed by government and faction members. Her and seven people survived, and were all taken into custody. After a year in a prison she was released as being an innocent child, but they released her in the middle of the desert hoping she'd die.
Kimiko walked for three days until she finally collapsed. On the brink of death a few passing travelers found and rescued her. When she woke up she found herself in a smaller village then her own, and was taking care of by foster parents. Kimiko was always silent, and cried when she was alone. It took them two years to heal Kimiko's inner wounds.
When Kimiko was 15 she heard the story of who were responsible for the massacre of her village. After another year she decided to join the Rebellion, on two conditions. That she wouldn't kill, and wouldn't let other members kill. Short on man power they accepted Kimiko and she began training.
She stands by her ideals and wishes to bring those involved with her village, to justice. Though she understands they were following orders, she can't believe mass murder was the solution.
Bio 1: Kimiko became host to an unknown entity near the end of the previous timeline.
Bio 2: The being which is being called Warrant, has been controlling Kimiko's body since the timeline switch. Kimiko herself, has retreated into her mind, having emotional problems due to her killing Haruka in the last timeline.

Kimiko's Limiter's: Kimiko's origins are mysterious. When she was being raised, her limiters were put on by her parents.

Limiter Two: Silver, Kimiko's ability for increased movement and senses. It takes a few minutes to fully charged, and once charged it can used various special moves. Including a move called "Blade of Death", which is an energy extension of her scythe, with an extremely sharp.

Weapon: He doesn't really have any offensive abilities.
Abilities: Solid Defense. Rai is able to withstand almost any amount of pressure, as long as it's not a sharp object. Using this ability he can stop almost any objects that come at him, barely moving from the spot he was in. Though if extremely heavy objects do this, he isn't able to hold for long periods of time, and will eventually buckle.
Personality: Rai has two distinct personalities. When he's not wearing his glasses, he's confident, cocky, likes company, and dependable. When wearing his glasses, he can be a rude, acts superior and prefers to be alone.
Despite this, both of his personalities will help people in need. Often giving priority to another's condition before his own.
Bio: Rai was born of Espers, and as such gain an Esper's power. While he doesn't hate his parents, he does have a grudge against them. He lives in an apartment with his best friend. He goes to the Hizamory High School.

Weapon: Psychic Energy. This energy has no true form and bends to his will. When he strikes an opponent with this energy, instead of causing direct damage, it instead tires the muscles it came in contact with. This Psychic weapon goes through most solid objects, and is hard to block. This makes as a valuable tool for capturing people without causing them harm. He mostly uses his weapon in a whip form and has medium range.
Abilities: With his Psychic Energy, Kai can focus it enough that he can fly, and can also make one other person able to fly with him, though it causes more strain on him. As well as picking up objects from a distance. The heaviest object he has been able to pick up was a small car, and was able to for about 30 seconds before tiring himself out.
Personality: Kai has always admired law enforcement. As such, he tends to present himself in an formal and professional matter. He enjoys helping civilians, and upholding the law. He is reliable, and always tries his best.
Bio: Kai had always been an obedient child, and his parents were kind and caring but were usually always busy with work within the faction. Still, Kai still loved them and looked up to them which was why he admired those who enforced the law. He wanted to protect his family and others and punish those who disobeyed the law so he grew up into the person he was now.

Weapon: Metal. The body suit she wears, although seemingly light and pliable like leather, actually matches the strength of steel armor. It is her protection and her means of attack. Her suit's technology gives her extreme strength.
Abilities: Able to hit and kick with the force of tough steel. She is also able to form temporary barriers that take the force of steel. She can form the barrier into any size to a max of 20 meters. The barrier she puts up can withstand the weight and force of 1 ton until it breaks. She only does hand-to-hand combat, but if the situation calls for it, the Tech cores in the "wings" attached to suits arms activate and she is able to form two giant metal hammers that she can wield with ease and great force. However this slows down her agility a great deal.
Personality: Like the powers she commands, her exterior is as hard and cold as steel. She keeps her emotions to herself and rarely ever shows any extreme emotion. She rarely smiles or laughs. She is very loyal to her faction and superiors and will complete a task usually above and beyond expectation and without fail as she despises failure.
Bio: Her parents were well-known scientists within the Technology faction, having invented the very suits that Natalia uses for her power. They both died mysteriously while she was very young and it was because of their death that she formed a coldness toward others.

Weapon: Thanks to her Esper power, and inherited magic potential, she became able to control plants. Using her magic she can force roots to grow, attack and defend if need be. She also can control plants to unleash various plant poisons at targets. A special form of her magic produces thousands of lotus petals, that she can control through the air. Her magic is activated by a ring she wears on her right hand, a Lotus ring which was given to her by her late mother.
Abilities: Plant Wavelength. Ever since Inari was little, she could sense the feelings of plants, and could never bring herself to see them come to harm. On rare occasions that cause her mental stress, she can enter the mindset of plants, and find out information from the plant network.
Once she can get into contact with a plant, she can contact other plants within range of that plant up to 30 meters.
Personality: Bright and cheerful. She likes to make others happy and tries to cheer people up when they seem down. She is very friendly, but can be a bit disoriented at times. Since she likes plants so much, she may sometimes be seen talking to plants. Because of her ability to communicate with them, she tries hard to try to understand them fully.
Bio: Her mother was a powerful magic user, until she died shortly after giving birth. She lives with her father, who works as a researcher for the faction.
(Other): She attends Hizamory High. She also used to have a boyfriend who was killed in a mysterious accident. Remembering that he always told her to smile and be happy, she keeps that promise which is why she is always cheerful toward others.

Abilities: Strong and agile. She posseses a minor Esper ability called Sight Jump in which she can "jump" into another person and see through their eyes. This ability helps her see where the enemy might be if hiding, or to see what the other person sees. The target has no idea when this happens, however if it is another Esper, they may be able to sense it.
Personality: Strong-willed, commanding, resentful toward those she despises and is not close with. She has a sharp tongue when speaking toward others, and usually doesn't care about hurting other's feelings from what she says because most of the time she believes she speaks the truth.
Bio: Due to unknown circumstances, Aya was separated from her family at age 6, and grew up among those in the Rebellion where she has stayed up to this day. She is very bitter toward her family for what mysterious reasons she doesn't like to speak of.

Abilities: Not very strong in either offensive or defensive moves, but possessing a magic necklace, he is able to use Support Magic to heal minor wounds, and provide offensive/defensive buff spells for his team mates.
Personality: Tries to act tough when with Aya, but he is a softy at heart. He likes kids and helping others when he's not helping Aya. He does most of the "housework".
Bio: An orphan living in the Rebellion, he met with Aya as a child and they grew up together. He has devoted himself to helping her with almost everything. They live together, but have a strange relationship.

Weapon: Technological Violin, Vocal Based Defensive, Light Based Offensive and Dark Based Supportive Magics based from his Ring which is a complicated set of chained earrings in his left ear.
Abilities: Agile and Vicious when angered, Binks can display an impressive array of defensive and a lesser degree of support magics, often while playing his violin. A Sonic Shockwave emitted from the violin repels all close range foes a short distance, but is draining to use. In close combat beserker rage, the Violin is a destructive force, used like a one-handed clubbing weapon and bow acts more like a dagger. While this violin is a beautiful piece of work, it is incomplete. The Tech core installed within the neck of the violin, is inactive and has no special abilities. The violin's main purpose, is to contain and relay information using a holographic system, based off the sound waves it creates. The few light magic spells he allows open use of, are a wide area light bullet barrage, and a upgraded version of his shockwave spell.
Personality: A laid back person. His inclination is to offer advice and generally make others run around in circles to figure out his riddles. With a sharp wit and a good sense of humor, he is a decent traveling companion.
Bio: Formerly known as Dusk, Hybrid Faction Ace. Not much is known of Binks' past. He keeps that as close to his heart as possible. He has recently agreed to act as a duel agent of Hybrid and Branch.

Abilities: Possessing a Unusually high intellect and still rather unskilled, Yuyami creates complicated pieces of tech which have an issue with blowing up in the users face.
Personality: Quiet and Shy, Yuyami tends to have a broken speech pattern. Somewhat removed from her classmates because of her age, she is often found sitting around in unlikely places designing and redesigning the creations of her mind.
Bio 1:Removed from a small town off the northern coast at the tender age of 5 by her current legal guardian, Binks, Yuyami now attends Hizamory High School. In hopes that she can prefect the only three pieces of her tech that have not malfunctioned to date, she studies diligently. She often seeks help from her kindly science teacher, and her legal guardian.

Bio 1: Known for his brilliant mind, Krypto is the lead scientist for the Hybrid faction. He also holds a seat on the Hybrid council. He also authorizes Binks' high level magic and Magic level locks, much to Binks' displeasure. He has suffered a heavy Claw like wound to his chest, over his heart.

Personality: Upbeat and Lively, Cale is the only one who will willingly partner with the usually anti-social Black Cat.
Bio 1: Binks' dead partner
Bio 2: Cale has been a faction member for years. He acts like a mentor towards most of the younger members of the Hybrid Faction. His greatest feat, was the befriending of the most anti-social person in Hybrid, Dusk. Cale and Binks Triada's Tech weapons, began rejecting their owners after Project Ragnarok was completed. Not one person knows why. This said, these two became partners and often will trade weapons back and forth as they see fit.

Abilities: Combining an experimental gun, which used Light magic for bullets, this agent is widely known for his abilities as a sniper. Able to move with a feline grace and impressive speed, his main objective is highly dangerous rescue and major devastation recovery missions. Recently, Binks has been able to summon small shadow cats. This is believed to be why he has changed his faction name. Currently acquiring a secondary weapon.
Personality: A polite and anti-social person, Binks prefers solo work. The only exception, is as long as Ricochet is on the same mission.
Bio: Once known as Dusk, a sword-wielding mage. Binks was previously an involuntary member of Project Ragnarok, which was experiments of splicing human dna with that of an animal. Only Binks survived the process. It caused a unique reaction. Binks and Cale Resin's Tech weapons, began rejecting their owners. This said, these two became partners and often will trade weapons back and forth as they see fit. As well, He seems to have developed a secondary personality. This personality, appears mainly in critical situations.

Binks' Crystals
Binks uses crystals to maintain his high level offensive spells. This is to prevent him from taking heavy damage due to his altered DNA. His Partner, Cale, holds a few on his person, while others litter his room and various other locations.

A single spell will unlock all of the crystals at once, but this spell harms Binks heavily, and is only a last resort. - Dark rising and tide falling. From the ashes, arise. Seal Shatter.

Gold Crystals
Absolute Shockwave - A massive shockwave that is a combination of Light and Sound Magic. Depending on the power behind it, this spell can rip apart an area the size of a indoor swimming pool. A variation of this can be used for demolition, by adding a Null to Organic Damage. - Absolute Shockwave, Shatter and Destroy. Light's End has come.
Heaven Shield - The strongest level sound shield. Able to withstand an extraordinary amount of pressure, There are only two things that can break through, Sound magic immunity and one other. Requires total concentration from the caster, and places heavy strain on the caster's vocal cords. Meant for wide area protection - Sounds of the Ancient Skies. Become my voice, and deny the fates.
Resolute Heart - A smaller version of Heaven Shield, meant solely for personal use. This is much easier to maintain, and can be created with anything that produces sound. - Sounds of the fallen, cries of the earth, toils mistaken and pain rebirthed. Absolute Resonating Heart
Sonic Blade - embeds a bladed weapon with sound magic. - Cries of the Fallen, rise and ebb with the call, Sonic Blade, Shattering sound.

Dark Crystals
Shadow Shroud - Creates a patch of Darkness in a set area, no matter how bright it is outside - Keeper of Shadows, hear my cry, shroud and decend. Steal all Sight!
Dark Melding - ???? - Twilit shade, from whence all came. Twist everything. Dark Melding.
Shadow Dancing - A spell which only affects the user, but unknown of it's quailies thus far. - Engulfing Darkness. Heed my call. Time to play, Shadow Dancing!
Blades of Darkness - Embeds a bladed weapon with Dark Magic. - The flittering of pain, weak hearted but resolute, Blades of Darkness, Surviving Agony.

Clear Crystals
Northern Lights - Creates a large amount of mobile lights, which can move independently of each other. - Colors of the Northern lights, I call thee once again. Kingdom undone and hearts reunited, return to my side my friends.
Holy Shot - A heavy hitting ball of light energy that sticks to whatever surface the user chooses - Holy Gravitational Light Shot
Gleaming Starshine - A heavy barrage attack, meant to Knock a person out rather then injure them - Heed my voice, dancing tiny lights. Rise up, and shatter. Gleaming Starshine.
Rapid Ascension - A lethal shot typically when used with a gun, using a central force to create many arcing beams of light that will pierce almost any material. Organic damage can be nulled. - Lights of heaven's wrath, answer to this pitiful messanger. (Requires a small changing set of words to focus a target here). Rapid Ascension!
Divine Blade - embeds a bladed weapon with light magic. - Awaken, blessing light of the worlds. Divine Blade, Piercing Radiance.

Final Assault - Used solely in live or die situations, this spell will cause the user to be rendered magically powerless for 7 days after it has been cast. It combines all types of Magic the user controls into a final attack. It also destroys any magic rings the user carries. - (Requires listing the Magic types the caster uses.)
